Tech companies love to say ‘People, Process, Platform.’ Software and process optimization get all the attention because that’s what companies sell, but it’s the people that matter. It’s the people who lie awake at night, trying to think through a problem at work. It’s the people who need help to do the work faster and easier. Many software companies forget that.

2020 brought many of us back to reality. Circumstances changed really fast, and their complexity and urgency ballooned beyond anything the unaided human brain could intuit.
